Processing Time

Most orders are hand poured as we receive the order. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. For wooden candles please allow 7-14 business days.  Shipping is not included in this time and a tracking number will be provided to you for package tracking.

Returns

Our policy is to grant you the best buying experience. We value our customers and want to delivery customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to us within 7 days to make it right. Past 7 days of your purchase we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in original form. We do not allow returns or exchanges for candles that have been burned or used to test the scent. Please note you will be responsible for your own shipping cost when returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or there was an error on our end.
